Lynn's Dance Fit is a general dance fitness class with Top 40, Latin hits and a bit a old school jams to get your heart pumping and help you sweat and have a blast while burning calories. Lynn's classes are full of energy and good company from all walks of life. 31 Fitness Studio is a judgement-free zone. Ages 15 & up. Doors open 10 mins prior to class.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelation policy- IF you are unable to attend, pleas cancel your reserved spot at least 4 hours prior to class. If you fail to cancel or "no show" that class. a visit will be deducted from your pricing plan/ class package.
