You'll find the schedule below & more information on the classes offered.  Equipment is provided for Barre, Pilates & Yoga.  You may bring your own mat or use a studio mat that is available.   

Piloxing® Gloves are optional to use during that class, but due to sanitation, we cannot provide those. They retail on Piloxing's website for $24 + tax + $10 shipping (from CA)  Lynn has them linked to her Amazon Store front where they are $16.99

Shoes are required for Dance Fit & HIIT Circuit classes.

Barre Pilates, Piloxing® SSP & Yoga are all barefoot training, shoes are optional.
